Vendor Policies
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Booth assignments are determined by Twins WiiN Festival management.
Vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment needed for their booth.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the event.
All trash and materials must be removed before departing the event.
Vendors are expected to remain open during festival operating hours unless otherwise approved by event management.
Twins WiiN Festival reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications to ensure the event remains family-friendly and aligns with the festival's mission.
